Intelssoft places unsold accelerated capacity with contracted tenants, in blocks between 100 and 4,000 accelerators. Remuneration is contingent on completion.
Commercial basis
Contract ownership
The supply agreement is executed between the operator and the tenant, on the operator's terms and service levels. Intelssoft is not party to it.
Pricing integrity
Operator quotations are presented to the client unaltered. Intelssoft applies no margin in either direction.
Remuneration on completion
A commission agreed in advance for each transaction, invoiced once on execution. No listing fee, no recurring charge, and no sum payable where no placement occurs.
Demand visibility
Matching requirements are issued to the operator at the same time as to every other operator on the network.
Operator qualification criteria
Client confidence in the network depends on the criteria applied before an operator is listed. Fleets that satisfy these criteria are presented to clients as qualified supply.
Power and cooling
Contracted capacity, redundancy configuration, and demonstrated sustained draw under summer ambient conditions.
Network fabric
Interconnect type, per-accelerator bandwidth, topology, and evidence of multi-node training workloads in production.
Jurisdiction
Physical location of the fleet, ownership of the operating entity, and applicable disclosure regimes.
Operations
Out-of-hours escalation cover, service level terms, and documented handling of the most recent mid-run node failure.
Contracting
Standard terms, acceptable payment terms, and the contracting entity's capacity to transact at the scale quoted.
Continuity
Maintenance windows, planned capacity changes, and notice periods applicable to contracted tenants.
Registration process
Fleet submission
Accelerator models and counts, fabric configuration, regions and earliest availability. A single summary document is sufficient.
Qualification review
Intelssoft works through the screening criteria with the operator's technical team and reports any matter likely to affect client confidence.
Network listing
The fleet is added to the network and receives matching requirements on the same basis as all listed operators.
Completion
The operator invoices the tenant directly. Intelssoft invoices the operator once, on terms agreed before circulation.
