Contracted GPU capacity,
from 100 to 4,000 accelerators.
Intelssoft sources accelerated compute from a screened network of operators and places it with organizations that require it. One requirement, competitive offers, and a commission paid by the supplying party.
How capacity is sourced
Requirement submission
Accelerator count and model, interconnect, term, region and required start date. No non-disclosure agreement is necessary to receive indicative pricing.
Competitive circulation
The requirement is issued simultaneously to every screened operator whose fleet matches it. Responses are evaluated on price, readiness and the technical criteria that determine performance at the stated scale.
Direct contracting
The supply agreement is executed between the client and the operator. Intelssoft is remunerated by the operator and remains engaged until the cluster is accepted into service.
Scope of engagement
Our role
- Sourcing from a screened network of eight operators, from large-scale providers to specialist facilities.
- Supply-agnostic evaluation. Intelssoft holds no commercial incentive to favor one operator over another.
- Remuneration from the supplying party, on terms agreed for each transaction. No charge is levied on the client.
- Engagement through to acceptance of the cluster into service, not to the point of introduction.
Outside our role
- Intelssoft does not operate the capacity it brokers.
- Intelssoft does not operate an exchange. Transactions at this scale are negotiated bilaterally.
- No margin is applied to operator quotations. The pricing presented is the pricing issued by the operator.
- Client models, weights and data are not processed, transmitted or stored by Intelssoft at any stage.
Operators we source from
Capacity is sourced from screened operators under commercial agreement. The network is reviewed continuously and extended where a requirement calls for it.
Operator names are listed for transparency of sourcing. Listing does not denote a reseller, agency or exclusivity arrangement.

Division status
Intelssoft has delivered enterprise data protection for several years. Those figures relate to that division and are not presented as evidence for this one.
The brokerage operation publishes its own record — transactions completed, time to completion, and clearing prices — as that record is established.
Submit a requirement for evaluation
Accelerator count, region, term and required start date are sufficient to begin. Intelssoft responds with named operators and firm commercial terms.
