Intelssoft is developing dedicated accelerated compute capacity in Eastern Europe. Program parameters are published as they are contracted. The summary below reflects the position as it stands.

Scale
1,152 accelerators at full build. The cluster is designed to be allocated in full to a single tenant, or divided into dedicated blocks.
Location
Eastern Europe. The site, the operating entity and the data all sit in the same jurisdiction, which is stated in full on contract.
Service entry
End of 2027. Program milestones are published as each is reached.
Parameters pending contract
A specification announced before it is contracted is a projection rather than a commitment. Intelssoft publishes program parameters once the underlying agreements are executed.
Accelerator model and interconnect
Published on execution of the hardware supply agreement.
Power and cooling
Published on execution of the grid connection and supply agreements.
Commercial terms
Allocation sizes, contract terms and deposit structures are agreed directly pending a published standard.
Intended workloads
Large-scale training
Single-tenant allocation of the full cluster for a defined period, with no contention for interconnect bandwidth.
Jurisdiction-constrained workloads
Public sector, healthcare and financial data subject to residency requirements that rule out processing outside the region.
Sustained production workloads
Predictable, continuous demand for which elastic cloud pricing is not economically appropriate.
Capacity in advance of service entry
Organizations with immediate requirements are served through Intelssoft's brokerage operation, which sources contracted capacity from screened operators at scales between 100 and 4,000 accelerators.
Registering interest places an organization on the program distribution list. Milestones, including any revision to the service entry date, are communicated as they are confirmed.
Register interest in the cluster program
Registration carries no deposit and no commitment. Participants receive program milestones as each is contracted.
